Payments and Fees

All fees are due and payable upon demand.

Services will not be completed until all fees are paid; fee obligation shall remain in effect even though payment has not been made.

Our fees are fully disclosed on our website or by email confirmation. Accounts that are not paid by the established deadlines are subject to civil action to collect the amount due, plus costs, and attorney’s fees (if applicable).

Refunds

No refunds will be made after commencement of any assignment, for any reason. Any cancellation after the assignment has been made to Global will result in termination of the agreement and no refunds will be given.

Financial obligation is not relieved due to non-payment and non-payment cannot be construed as a waiver of contract, or cancellation of services, for assignments made to our firm. In other words, if you give us the assignment you must pay for it and no refunds will be given once the assignment is made – no exceptions.

Credit cards disputed, without a valid reason, will be subject to civil litigation.

Special Affidavits

  1. We provide an affidavit or proof of publication. If a special affidavit of service is required, please provide a sample format. If no such sample is provided, in advance, we will automatically provide an all-purpose affidavit which is acceptable in most jurisdictions. If the affidavit must be changed, after signed and provided to you, there will be an additional charge of $125.00.
